TERMS & CONDITIONS

Neiss Food – Kosher Catering, Geneva, Switzerland

These Terms & Conditions apply to orders and catering services provided by Neiss Food.

1. Orders

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Minimum quantities may apply depending on the item or menu. Please place orders at least 48 hours in advance. Specific deadlines may apply for Shabbat, holidays and larger events.

2. Prices & Payment

Prices displayed on our website apply to online orders and are shown in Swiss francs (CHF).

Online orders are paid through our website.

For events and personalised catering services, a 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation, with the remaining balance due no later than 7 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes are subject to availability.

For events and personalised catering, cancellation conditions stated in the accepted quotation apply. Costs already incurred or preparations already undertaken may be charged.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Orders may be collected in Geneva or delivered by prior arrangement. Delivery charges depend on the destination and are communicated before confirmation where not already included in the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available at the agreed time.

5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing your order. We will advise you on suitable options where possible.

As food is prepared in a working catering kitchen, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces of allergens.

6. Food Storage & Handling

Once an order has been collected or delivered, the customer is responsible for appropriate storage, refrigeration, reheating and handling of the food according to the instructions provided.

7. General

Neiss Food may make reasonable changes to menus or ingredients when necessary due to availability, while taking confirmed dietary requirements into account.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
